MEET MARLON
Marlon Smith is the owner, organizer, and company president of Urban and Outdoor Survival and the instructor for the Survival Challenge program at TreEscape.
Marlon has been in the survival world since his teenage years, camping in the forest and running the beaches of Trinidad.
With his move to the US, a welcomed change and challenge came, a new kind of bush crafting, the kind only the northern US can offer—the winter kind! After sharpening his skills, he shares his knowledge through his Urban and Outdoor Survival MeetUp group.
He became a prepper before he knew what the word meant; however, the idea of being “prepared” at all times was always there, and now it continues with planning and purpose. He believes it in all facets of life, even more so in today’s world.
